What you should be able to practice
- Identify useful and unsuitable uses of AI in everyday work
- Design prompts and repeatable workflows for defined tasks
- Check output for accuracy, bias, privacy and business risk
- Document an approach that can be reviewed by a manager or team
Prerequisites
General confidence using workplace software. Participants should be able to describe the tasks they want to improve; coding is not required for the foundation pathway.
Practical work
An agreed AI-assisted workflow, including checks, limitations and guidance for responsible use.

Exercises and examples are connected to workplace tasks.
The final emphasis reflects the agreed level and learning plan. Course content is confirmed before any paid training begins.
